In the event of acting on behalf of the Customer, proof of power of attorney must be provided by means of a reliable document. Likewise, the Customer may exercise the aforementioned rights by sending an email to RGPD_compliance@valvulasarco.com<\/a><\/p>\n In addition to the above rights, the Customer will have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time by means of the aforementioned procedure, without such withdrawal of consent affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. V\u00e1lvulas Arco may continue to process the Customer\u2019s data where permitted to do so under the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n The Customer has the right to withdraw at any time the consent given to commercial communications by means of notice to V\u00e1lvulas Arco stating that they do not wish to continue receiving commercial communications.
